Sludge Remover Unit separates and settles copper powder in Coolant, Sludge controled by Level sensor are discharged in Bucket on Cart.
Bucket fullfiled by Sludge on cart pull out and transfer under Crane.
Crane lift up bucket on 1st floor and lift down on forklift.
Forklift transfer bucket to disposal place.
Pipe end plug are applied on overflow piping to prevent from liquid or sludge leakage during bucket transportation.
Plug for pipe is designed very compact size, easy fitting and applicable at small space.
Example of use
Plug applied with above bucket is proof 0.17MPag of hydrostatic pressure.

配管用止水栓の特徴
Plug for pipe consist from some machined parts and O-ring.
At plugging, insert plug in pipe end and tie by wing nut.
At taking off, loosen wing nut.
Plug applied with above bucket.
